Sydney, September 29, 2025 - Global public services provider Serco has achieved dramatic efficiency gains in its Asia Pacific operations by deploying Boomi's AI-powered integration tools, cutting documentation time by up to 80%.
Key Achievements:
- 40-60 hour integration documentation process reduced to 6-12 hours
- Boomi Scribe cuts technical documentation time from 2-3 hours to 10-15 minutes
- Boomi DesignGen improves cross-team communication through visualizations
Strategic Implementation:
After discovering Boomi's AI capabilities at the 2024 Boomi World Tour Sydney, Serco APAC rapidly deployed:
- Boomi Managed Cloud Service (MCS) for integration workloads
- AI agents included in their existing Enterprise Platform license
