When asked about leveraging legacy broker data (portals, emails, call recordings) combined with public data (CCJs, vehicle records), Barak highlighted Earnix's AI Studio capabilities. Insurers can deploy AI Agents to:
- Analyze customer drop-off points in pricing workflows
- Cross-reference internal data with third-party sources
- Generate actionable insights while maintaining compliance
"It's an organic improvement process, not a sudden revelation," Barak explained. These agents operate within defined parameters, allowing insurers to refine products incrementally.

The Future of Human-AI Collaboration
Barak dismissed dystopian visions of AI dominance: "It's been overstated that AI Agents will take over everything." Instead, he foresees:
- Specialized AI applications tailored to specific insurance functions
- Enhanced human-AI partnerships improving systems and products
- Continued importance of human empathy in decision-making
"The social dimension will drive progress more than pure automation," Barak concluded, positioning Earnix's technology as augmenting rather than replacing human expertise.
