Real estate technology firm Rechat has officially launched Lucy, an artificial intelligence-powered agent assistant designed to streamline daily workflows for brokerages and real estate professionals. The tool is now available for iPhone and Android devices as part of Rechat’s broader AI-integrated platform, which has been in beta testing since 2023.

- AI Marketing Center: Lucy powers Rechat’s AI Marketing Center, enabling agents to create social media posts, email campaigns, comparative market analyses, property descriptions, and listing websites with minimal manual input.
- Transaction Management: The AI assistant reads and interprets real estate forms, providing context-sensitive guidance to reduce errors and streamline deal progression.
Executive Insights
Shayan Hamidi, founder and CEO of Rechat, emphasized Lucy’s efficiency: “Lucy brings everything together; MLS data, brand guidelines, agent preferences and delivers real results: marketing, websites, presentations, and proactive campaigns. What used to take days now happens in seconds.”
