Google recently entered this arena with its Gemini CLI, an AI-powered command-line interface designed to boost productivity.

Amid this growing competition, Warp 2.0 has arrived, rebranding itself as an "Agentic Development Environment" (ADE). This major update integrates AI agents directly into developer workflows, enabling tasks like code writing, automation, and workflow management within the terminal. Users can run multiple agents simultaneously, enhancing multitasking efficiency.
