Adobe launches AI agents for business support and data insights
Adobe has introduced two new AI agents designed to assist businesses with product support and data insights, streamlining workflows across Adobe and third-party ecosystems.
Adobe has announced the launch of two new AI agents aimed at enhancing product support and data insights for businesses. These agents are designed to help companies build, manage, and orchestrate AI-driven workflows across Adobe and third-party ecosystems.
Product Support Agent
The Product Support Agent offers an interactive solution for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and escalating issues. It collects contextual data such as logs, metadata, and user session details, then pre-fills support cases for user review before submission. This addresses operational roadblocks that often disrupt workflows.
"Troubleshooting application issues and managing support tickets can be time-consuming and distract from core responsibilities," Adobe stated in a press release. The agent also provides real-time updates on open tickets through the AI Assistant interface.
Data Insights Agent
The Data Insights Agent, the first agent built on the Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, allows users to query data using natural language. This enables the creation of visualizations within the Analysis Workspace in Adobe Customer Journey Analysis.
"Adobe’s Data Insights Agent will be a major unlock for our organization, shortening the time it takes to find and deliver actionable insights," said Lokesh Alluri, digital and marketing analytics manager at Lenovo.
Key Benefits
