Workday has announced the next generation of its Illuminate Agents, significantly expanding AI-powered capabilities across human resources (HR) and finance functions. These new agents aim to streamline hiring, enhance frontline operations, automate financial tasks, and improve employee self-service.
Key AI Agents Introduced
The newly launched agents include:
- Contingent Sourcing Agent: Accelerates temporary hiring by identifying talent and improving screening.
- Contract Intelligence Agent: Automatically reviews contracts for risks, fees, and obligations.
- Contract Negotiation Agent: Drafts and refines contract language to reduce legal review times.
- Document Driven Accounting Agent: Automates billing and invoicing using document data extraction.
- Frontline Agent: Assists shift managers with absence reporting and scheduling compliance.
- Self-Service Agent: Provides instant AI-powered responses for employee HR queries.
- Supplier Contracts Agent: Tracks procurement contract deliverables and savings opportunities.
