Glean Enhances Enterprise AI with Key Partnerships
Glean announces new partnerships with Dell, Workday, Palo Alto Networks, and Snowflake to expand its AI ecosystem for enterprises.
Glean, a leading work AI platform, has unveiled a series of updates aimed at operationalizing AI agents across enterprises. These updates include collaborations with major tech players like Dell, Workday, Palo Alto Networks, and Snowflake, enhancing Glean's capabilities in on-prem deployment, interoperable AI agents, security, and structured data insights.
Key Partnerships and Updates
1. Glean and Dell: On-Prem Deployment
Glean has partnered with Dell Technologies to deliver the first on-premises deployment architecture for its Work AI platform. This collaboration leverages Dell’s AI Factory infrastructure, allowing enterprises to securely deploy Glean’s enterprise search and AI agents within their own data centers. The solution combines the security of on-prem deployment with the agility and scale of SaaS.
"By collaborating with Dell Technologies, we’re working to bring that power on-premises to give enterprises the control, security, and performance they need to unlock real value from AI," said Arvind Jain, Founder & CEO of Glean.
2. Glean and Workday: Interoperable AI Agents
Glean and Workday are teaming up to enable agent-to-agent collaboration, streamlining HR and finance workflows. This partnership will allow seamless information exchange and action initiation across both platforms, providing joint customers with deeper insights into HR and finance tasks.
"Interoperability is core to our vision for enterprise AI agents — agents that can work across systems, not just within them," said Tamar Yehoshua, President of Product & Technology at Glean.
3. Glean and Palo Alto Networks: Securing AI Agents
Glean’s integration with Palo Alto Networks’ Prisma AIRS and Prisma Access Browser and AI Access enhances visibility and control over AI agent operations. This ensures secure and compliant AI adoption at scale.
"With Glean’s platform delivering over 100 million agent-actions per year, it’s clear that AI is central to how work gets done," Jain added.
4. Glean and Snowflake: Structured Data Insights
Glean’s collaboration with Snowflake simplifies structured data analysis by integrating with Snowflake Cortex Analyst. Users can now query structured data stored in Snowflake directly from Glean using natural language or SQL.
"We’re working with Snowflake to close the gap between data and decisions, empowering organizations to work smarter, faster, and with full context," Yehoshua noted.
Expanding Glean Agents
Alongside these partnerships, Glean has expanded its Glean Agents, an open environment for building, deploying, and governing AI agents at work. This expansion underscores Glean’s commitment to making AI accessible and actionable for enterprises.
