These agents, integrated into ServiceNow’s Security and Risk solutions, aim to improve consistency, identify insights, and reduce response times. The initiative is part of a broader push toward autonomous resilience, shifting from reactive defense to proactive threat management.

Key Features and Partnerships

  • AI-Powered Automation: The AI agents automate responses to vulnerabilities and create dynamic playbooks for incident resolution, enabling faster and more precise actions across enterprises.
  • Partnerships with Microsoft and Cisco: ServiceNow has expanded collaborations with Microsoft and Cisco to build AI-to-AI ecosystems, enhancing visibility, detection, and coordinated responses.
  • Enhanced Risk Management: New capabilities include exposure management workflows and improved visibility into compensating controls like endpoint detection and web application firewalls.

Industry Context

According to IDC, ServiceNow’s Security Operations enables orchestration across hundreds of security tools, streamlining workflows and enabling coordinated responses. Lou Fiorello, ServiceNow’s group VP of security and risk products, emphasized that AI is rewriting cybersecurity rules, helping CISOs drive productivity and improve protection.
