Centralized AI Management
The AI Control Tower serves as a command center for governing, managing, and securing AI agents from ServiceNow and third-party providers. According to Dorit Zilbershot, ServiceNow's group VP of AI experiences and innovation, this platform allows customers to "govern and manage their AI assets across the enterprise."
Key features include:
- Unified monitoring of AI agents
- Consistent policy application
- Integrated GRC (governance, risk, compliance) policies
- Performance dashboards
AI Agent Communication Backbone
The AI Agent Fabric enables communication between:
- AI agent-to-AI agent
- AI agent-to-tool
- Agentic system-to-agentic system
This system uses common protocols like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent2Agent protocol (A2A).
Industry Impact
Analysts predict significant benefits for enterprises adopting such platforms:

Ritu Jyoti of IDC noted the growing importance of AI management solutions:
"With AI solutions and services expected to generate a global cumulative impact of $22.3 trillion by 2030, the volume of AI assets organizations must manage will be unprecedented."
