April 10, 2025 - 8flow, a startup founded in 2022 by former ServiceNow executives, has secured $10 million in a strategic investment round to accelerate its mission of helping businesses automate complex workflows through AI. The round was led by Caffeinated Capital, with participation from ServiceNow Ventures, Okta, HNVR, and strategic angel investors.
The Challenge of Enterprise Data for AI
With the average business using around 112 different enterprise software tools (according to Statista research), organizing data for AI applications is a daunting task. 8flow aims to solve this by mapping and analyzing internal workflows, providing a structured foundation for AI agents to automate tasks traditionally managed by humans.
Bridging the Gap Between AI and Business
Boaz Hecht, co-founder and CEO of 8flow, explained in an interview with VentureBeat that the company focuses on providing the context AI needs to function effectively within enterprise systems. "We’re not trying to build the AI actions themselves. The big players—OpenAI, AWS, etc.—will do that. We’re building the intelligence behind it that tells the AI what to do and why," Hecht said.
Real-World Applications
8flow’s platform has already tracked over 600 million workflow events and is nearing the one billion mark. Customers like OP360 are seeing benefits, with CIO Sam Collier highlighting the platform’s ability to provide real-time visibility into agent workflows.

With integrations into systems like ServiceNow and Salesforce, 8flow is positioning itself as a key player in the shift toward AI-native business infrastructure.
